Rick Perry New Ad Racks Up Over 100,000 Dislikes

Rick Perry’s campaign has recorded another snafu. Rick’s most recent ad on Youtube, titled “Strong,” has left the door wide open for the world to openly and statistically record “dislikes.” A common rule of thumb, most official political ads disable the option to comment or rate their videos to avoid bad publicity. Rich Perry’s campaign successfully disabled the comments feature, but the ability to like or dislike the video remains fully active. Within 48 hours, the video has already received over 122,000 dislikes – representing over 97% of all ‘votes’ cast thus far. The main message which attempts to address the disparity in principle behind allowing gays to serve openly in the military while not allowing the Christmas to be openly acknowledged in schools has apparently not been well received.

Update: Rick’s video has surpassed Rebecca Black’s “Friday” video as the most disliked Youtube video of all-time. It currently has over 600,000 dislikes.
